The Robopac Ecolplat Plus Base machine is for use with standard 150% elongation machine pallet stretch film.

The Robopac Ecoplat Plus Base is a perfect entry level pallet wrapping turntable machine is the perfect introduction to automated pallet stretch wrapping. Recommended for businesses who wrap up to 30 pallets a day, although can be used for up to 150 pallets a day on average. The machine provides pre-set programming and consistent wrap quality for the packaging professional. The control panel on the Ecoplat Plus Base pallet wrapper allows you to easily set all the functions of the cycle through the use of electromechanical buttons. For use with standard 150% stretch machine stretch film.

Whilst this machine is suitable for medium to high usage, for businesses wrapping more than 30 pallets a day on average we would generally recommend the Masterplat Plus PGS machine, or the Robot Master 110 PDS machine, due to the compatibility of these machines with 250% elongation stretch film (hereby saving on the ongoing film cost).

The Robopac Masterplat Plus PGS is an excellent machine for medium to large size businesses and corporations who wrap more than 30 pallets a day. Designed for use with power-pre 250% stretch, using this machine saves a considerable amount of time, in addition to using considerably less stretch film (as a result of the stretch capability), helping to keep consumable costs to an absoloute minimum. The colour graphic display control panel is very simple to use, with options for both 'easy mode' and 'advanced mode' and programme selection occurs via a simple turn wheel.

Robopac Loading Ramp For Turntable Machinery (Optional)

This ramp fits all Robopac turntable pallet stretch wrap machines so pallets can be loaded and unloaded with a pallet pump truck. This is an optional additional purchase. The size of the ramp is 1600mm (L) x 400mm (W) and is suitable for 1650mm turntables.
