The prefilled air pillows deliver excellent protection for items while in transit, they are commonly used in place of loose fill like packing peanuts. They offer an exceptional puncture resistance, convenience & cleanliness compared to void fillers such as packing peanuts or paper. Consisting of mostly air, the pillows are very lightweight compared to starch-based packing peanuts. This will help to reduce overall postage costs.
Secures contents in place
Air pillows are a common in-box packaging material used to fill gaps and provide padding. For most products being shipped it isn’t possible to find boxes to fit items exactly, depending on the shape of the item this can leave a lot of space. This space allows items to move, which can result in damage. Air pillows secures box contents in place and protects them against bumps & falls while in-transit or storage. Commonly used for glassware, fragile china & electronics.

Greenlight OPUS Bio film is totally compliant with ASTM D6954-04 and can therefore, be classified as
Biodegradable. This means the film can be used in municipal composting facilities. End customers will find air pillows easy to dispose of, the pillows can all quickly be deflated and recycled.
