- The Optimax® range has been designed for businesses that need to shrink wrap and seal products in one operation.Shrink chamber machines have been designed to speed up packing lines by providing a heat shrinking and sealing method in one unit, taking just a few seconds to complete the process.
- We offer three machines in the range, please see below for full product specifications. Each machine has maximum sealing dimensions so it’s easy for you to determine which of our machines suits your business’s needs. As an example, our best selling machine is the SC346 which has max sealing dimensions of 320mm x 460mm(DxL).
- Our machines all feature a roller mechanism that accommodates different heat shrink films including polyolefin, PVC, polyethylene, polythene along with micro-perforated film; these are all crystal clear films that are perfect for Point of Sale (POS).
- Our range are all floor-standing mounted on wheels for easy repositioning.
- Operated through a digital control panel with 6 programs available, including a seal only option.
- Shrink and seal a package in one operation using heat seal technology.
- Warranty: All products come with a full 12 month return to base manufacturer’s warranty.
- Installation & Training: This is an optional service as installation and operation are relatively straightforward.

The SC346 has a very low power consumption and highly advanced electronic controls. It has maximum sealing dimensions of 320mm x 460mm. Runs from a 13A socket.

The Optimax branded SC455heat shrink chamber is a heavy-duty reliable machine with a good chamber capacity. It both shrinks and seals a package in one operation by using heat seal technology. The SC455 has an extremely low power consumption and highly advanced electronic controls. It has maximum sealing dimensions of 420mm x 550mm. Note the SC455 requires a minimum 16A power supply and will not run from a 13A socket (the SC346 model runs from a 13A socket)

It is a powerful and high capacity model which both shrinks and seals a package in one operation by using heat seal technology. The SC680 has highly advanced electronic controls. Note the SC680 requires 415V 3 phase supply.
