Pens, Pencils and Marker Pens

Who’s ever got enough pens around them? Are you constantly having to hunt around for a pen, or forever losing them to other people? If that rings true with you, why not add some essentials onto your packaging order? Our Ball Point Pens with Medium Tips are ideal for any business, home, or school. The pen measures 144mm (14.4cm) in length including the cap, and are available in black, blue, and red. If like me you prefer to write in ink then our Roller Gel Ink Pens are for you. They are 5 Star branded for a touch of quality and are suitable for use in the workplace, at home, or at school. The clear barrel design shows the level of ink left in the pen, and available in black, blue, green, and red. The ink is waterproof and dries quickly: as you write, the anti-smear ink dries almost instantly. Our HB Pencils with a Rubber Tip are ideal for the office, schools, craft, art and drawing. Finally, we stock Black Bullet Tip Permanent Markers, that will not smudge or smear, and are completely waterproof, free of xylene, the non-waterproof component.

 

Files, Folders, Trays & Paper

Who doesn’t need more A4 Lever Arch Files from time to time? A great product that we use in our busy offices on a daily basis. They have a 70mm wide spine and can comfortably hold a ream of A4 paper, which is 250 sheets. Internal Fitted with metal rings with an open and close lever, which is also known as a compressor bar. The file has a reinforced edge for extra durability and is made of thick quality board. Available in a greyish black cloud effect colour, which is pretty standard for all offices .If you need a slightly smaller file our A4 Ring Binder has a capacity of 200 sheets of A4 paper, or around 25mm in total thickness before the folder is full. Secures you paperwork in a circular 2 ring system.      

If you’re buying files and folders you may have a use for our range of A4 File Dividers. These are available in 3 varieties, either ten dividers per pack, each labelled with numbers from1-10, or 20 dividers per pack that are numbered 1-20, and our A-Z dividers, which, you guessed it, have 26 dividers per pack, and each divider is labelled from A-Z. Made from strong 230 micron board helping to prevent rips and tears, the holes have been punched in such a way for easy filing, and for making them suitable for different types of folders. There is no need for you to add any descriptions to the tabs on the dividers, because everything is pre-printed for you.

Our range of A4 Foolscap Document Folders with a fold over half sized flap secures your paperwork safely in a closed folder. Because they are made of a strong and durable 250gsm card, the folders are resistant to general wear and tear making them ideal for repeated use. The dimensions of the folders are 320x230mm, with a maximum content width of around 32mm. They are available in 5 colour options of blue, green, yellow, red and buff. Maybe you need some additional storage for your paperwork around the office or warehouse? Our Filing Trays are designed for letters, folders, documents, paperwork and any other items that are sized A4 and foolscap. We sell these in sets of three trays with eight metal risers to separate the trays. Available in three colour options of red, blue, and black. The trays are compatible with other filing trays of this type and measure 255mm(W)x367mm(D)x65mm(H).

File paperwork inside our A4 Clear Hole Punched Plastic Filing Wallets for added protection. The interior poly sleeves are both glass clear and strong, making them ideal for short to long-term filing needs. With a thickness of 60mu, the hole punches will last and are resistant to rips and tears. Each wallet is multi-punched to facilitate easy filing. The A4 Display Book With Flexible Black Cover is both durable and resilient to repetitive use. The exterior covers are made of 300 micron polypropylene with 20 clear wipe, clean finished display pockets inside. There are 20 x A4 sized clear pockets in each pack so each book can display 40 x A4 viewing sides. Both lightweight and flexible the interior clear pockets make sure there is no text or image transfer from sleeve to sleeve.

Our blue Suspension Files are supplied with both inserts and tabs, which makes your files can be easily identified from each other. Made from a 250gsm card, which makes them resilient to general wear and tear and repeated lifting in and out of the filing draws. Foolscap runner size is 400mm, which is the most common size. This allows for extra room in the file enabling A4 sized documents to fit comfortably inside the file, preventing edges from over-hanging and becoming worn or folded. The V-Base has a 15mm capacity and supplied in pack sizes of 50 dividers, inserts and tabs per pack.

This is the A4 standard sized paper 210x297mm, and is perfect for everyday printing and copying needs.
