The Optimax ES-101 replaces the TMS300 and is even simpler to operate. By hand, feed the strapping around your item, the machine then both tensions and heat-seals the strapping. This machine is suitable to be used with strapping widths between 9mm – 15.5mm. The machine is specifically designed for safe, quick and efficient packaging of single or multi-item packages. The machine will mechanically tension your straps between 15kg-45kg, and has an in-built safety cut-off device should the lid be opened while in operation.

The TMS300 is a reliable semi-automatic pallet strapping machine that is simple to operate. Feedthe strapping around the package and the machine automatically tensions and heat seals the strap. Accepts polyprop strapping from 6mm – 16mm wide on 200mm or 280mm cores. Designed to provide a quick and efficient method of strapping single or multiple packages of varying sizes. The machine features external tension control, a safety cut-out switch when the top is opened, and the enclosed cabinet design keeps the strapping clean and dust free.

The TRS600 Automatic machine is designed for strapping high volumes of cartons and packages. Simply place the pack under the arch, at the press of a button the machine automatically straps the pack. The TRS600 is capable of up to 27 straps per minute providing an excellent solution to your strapping needs. The main features are external tension control – to suit pack application, short feed sensor – to prevent misfeeds. A range of arch sizes are available to suit your application.

The Optimax branded AFS900 evolve automatic machine is designed for strapping high volumes of cartons and packages. It is based on the proven TRS600 platform, with additional features to increase productivity and reduce downtime. It is one of the most advanced strapping machines in its class. The ASF900 accepts polyprop strapping at both 9mm and 12mm widths (pre-set at 12mm unless otherwise specified). This model comes with an arch size of 850mm (w) x 600mm (h).The AFS900 is capable of up to 35 straps per minute, providing an efficient solution to any businesses strapping needs.

The Optimax branded TRS600-L has the same benefits as the TRS600, but comes with a larger arch size 1050x800mm (as opposed to standard arch size 850x600mm). Designed for strapping high volumes of cartons and packages. Simply place the pack under the arch, and at a press of a button the machine automatically straps the pack. The TRS600-L is capable of up to 27 straps per minute, providing an efficient solution to any businesses strapping needs. The main features are external tension control - to suit pack application, and short feed sensor - to prevent misfeeds. Accepts polyprop strapping from 9mm - 15.5mm (pre-set at 12mm unless otherwise specified). This model comes with an arch size of 1050mm (w) x 800mm (h). This machine also comes with a 12 month return to base manufacturers warrantee.

The optimax branded HQS80-15 is an innovative world class high speed strapping machine designed for high volume users. It is capable of up to 60 straps per minute, as opposed to 35 straps on the AFS900 and 27 straps on the TRS600. The HQS80-15 is also equipped with all industry standard and additional operator-friendly safety features. The HQS80-15 is designed for strap widths of of 5mm (also available in a 12mm version upon enquiry). The arch size on the HQS80-15 is 550x400mm.
